What purity are your peptides?

All peptides are verified at 99%+ purity via third-party HPLC testing. Certificates of analysis are available upon request.

How do you ship orders?

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same day via USPS Priority Mail. All packages include tracking and are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Zelle and Venmo for payment. Payment instructions are provided at checkout.

Are these products for human use?

No. All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption.

Do you offer refunds?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

How should I store peptides?

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within 30 days for optimal stability.
