Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day. After cutoff orders ship next business day.

Standard shipping is $12 flat. Orders ≥$200 ship free. Refrigerated/expedited available at checkout.

Every shipment includes tracking and insurance against transit damage. Replacement free of charge if damaged.
How orders get to you.
Where do you ship?
Domestic United States only at this time. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes for refrigerated items.
How long does delivery take?
Standard priority shipping arrives in 2-3 business days from ship date. Expedited overnight available at checkout.
Do you ship refrigerated?
Lyophilized peptides ship at ambient temp (stable). Reconstituted or sensitive products ship refrigerated with cold packs.
What carriers do you use?
USPS Priority for standard, FedEx Express for overnight/expedited, all with tracking.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. You can also view real-time tracking from your account dashboard.
Returns & replacements.
Can I return an opened vial?
No. Due to the research nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a vial seal has been broken. This is a safety and chain-of-custody requirement.
What about damaged shipments?
Damaged-in-transit shipments are replaced free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Email Northstarlabss@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
Wrong product received?
If you received the wrong item, we’ll ship a replacement same day and provide a prepaid return label for the original. Email Northstarlabss@gmail.com within 7 days.
What if a product fails its COA?
Lots that don’t match the published COA spec are replaced or refunded in full. Independent retesting available on request.
