Northstar Labs is committed to delivering your research materials quickly and safely.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — $8.95 (FREE on orders over $100)
Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days — $14.95
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days — $24.95

All orders are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain product integrity during transit.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or broken vials upon arrival
Incorrect product received
Product that fails to meet stated purity specifications

Non-Eligible Returns

Products that have been reconstituted or opened
Products not stored according to our recommended storage guidelines
Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery

To initiate a return, email info@thenorthstar.store with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved returns will be refunded or replaced within 5 business days.
